Instructions for Collection and Transport
Centrifuge specimen and remove serum/plasma from the cellular material within 4 hours of collection. For non-gel tubes, aliquot serum into plastic vial. Transport refrigerated on freeze packs. Aliquot plasma or serum and refrigerate if holding overnight. If not tested in 48 hours, aliquot plasma or serum and freeze.
