Instructions for Collection and Transport
Centrifuge specimen. Aliquot serum into plastic vial. Transport refrigerated on freeze packs. If specimen can not be transported to the testing lab within 48 hours, separate, aliquot and freeze. Home Health Agencies: Keep specimen cool. Deliver to testing lab within 4 hours.
