Pink EDTA preferred 6.0 mL tube is in stock in Central Supply. Tubes can be ordered from Central Supply. Lawson #74361

Blood

Tubes must be labeled with the following information:

1. Patient’s complete name

2. Clinic Number

3. Location

4. Date of Collection

5. Collector’s I.D.

6. A second signature or initials may be required. Contact your Blood Bank to determine local requirements.

Do not centrifuge. Transport at room temperature. Refrigerate if holding overnight.
