Instructions for Collection and Transport
Tubes must be labeled with the following information:
1.Patient’s complete name
2.Clinic number
3.Location
4.Date of collection
5. Collector’s I.D.
Do not centrifuge. Transport at room temperature. Refrigerate if holding overnight.
