This test includes Maternal AFP, HCG, Estriol and Inhibin A. Please submit a patient history form if the required information is not transmitted to Warde electronically. This information can be entered via EPIC or a completed history form must accompany specimen to the laboratory. Specimen must be taken between 15 weeks 0 days and 22 weeks 6 days gestataion.

Instructions for Collection and Transport

Centrifuge specimen and separate serum from cells within 2 hours of collection. Aliquot serum into plastic vial. Freeze specimen. Transport frozen on dry ice.
