Instructions for Collection and Transport
Specimen collection at Main Campus lab only. Specimen must be transported at room temperature. Must be scheduled with main campus Hematology Lab. 842-5378 (x25378) Do not transport in pneumatic tube system. Hand deliver to laboratory. Do not centrifuge. Collection must be before 12:00 pm.

Patient Preparation
No asprin or medication containing aspirin for 2 weeks prior to test. Fasting prior to test required. Refrain from smoking.
