Instructions for Collection and Transport

After sample collection, gently invert tube by hand 3-4 times. Do not shake. Do not send the tube to the lab in the pneumatic tube system. Hand deliver sample to lab.

Do not centrifuge. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Specimen must arrive at Willis-Knighton laboratory within 4 hours of collection. Transport at room temperature. This specimen CANNOT be stored overnight.
