Instructions for Collection and Transport
This test can be collected only at the Jefferson Hwy location due to processing restrictions. Please notify Sendout staff immediately for specimen pick up and processing. Cannot be collected and transported from any offsite location.

CSR Storage Requirements
Specimen is picked up directly from Venipuncture by the Sendout Staff. If received in CSR, please deliver immediately to the Sendout Lab.
