Instructions for Collection and Transport
Please comment if this is a random or timed sample. If timed, please comment the interval such as fasting, 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute, or 120 minute collection. Centrifuge specimen. Aliquot serum into plastic vial. Freeze specimen. Transport frozen on dry ice. Test cannot be added to a previously drawn specimen.
