Instructions for Collection and Transport
Draw blood in two lavender tubes. Centrifuge and aliquot plasma into plastic vial within 2 hours of collection. Freeze Plasma and transport plasma frozen on Dry Ice.
This test cannot be added to an existing specimen (or shared).
