Instructions for Collection and Transport
Aliquot plasma within 2 hours of collection and ship aliquoted sample.
Separated plasma may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for 3 days or -20°C to -80°C for 6 weeks. The plasma sample can be frozen/thawed up to 5 times.
For Gilead reflex testing, collect sample in Gold serum separator tube. Send Gold aliquot tracked to Jeff Hwy and freeze upon receipt.
This test cannot be added to an existing specimen (or shared).
