Instructions for Collection and Transport
For Ochsner sites draw EDTA, centrifuge and aliquot plasma into plastic vial within 2 hours of collection (BD Manufacturer's instructions). Freeze aliquoted plasma for shipment. Transport Plasma on Dry Ice.
For Gilead reflex testing, collect sample in Gold serum separator tube. Send Gold aliquot tracked to Jeff Hwy and freeze upon receipt.
This test cannot be added to an existing specimen (or shared).
