Instructions for Collection and Transport

OHS

Centrifuge specimen. Transport Gold top refrigerated on freeze packs. If red top tube is collected, centrifuge and aliquot serum into plastic vial. Transport refrigerated on freeze packs. Refrigerate if holding overnight.

OLG

Centrifuge specimen. Gold gel or Lithium Heparin gel tubes can be transported on the gel

Aliguot serum/plasma into plastic vial. Transport refrigerated on freeze packs. 

Refrigerate if holding overnight.
