Collection Limitations
Collect ONLY at Jefferson Hwy location, Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm. Do not collect on weekends, holidays or the day prior to a holiday. A completed UCLA test requisition with antibody history and MFI information must accompany the specimen. (Call Sendout lab x62139 or 504-842-4623 if a form is needed).
