Instructions for Collection and Transport

4 gms of meconium (blackish material) excreted until milk/formula based stool (yellow-green) appears.

No preservative needed. Send entire specimen from a random collection in a small stool container. Send specimen refrigerated on ice packs. Store refrigerated if holding overnight.
