Instructions for Collection and Transport
Collect in Lavender EDTA - DO NOT CHILL TUBE, this is an ambient collection. Must note patient position at collection (Supine or Upright).
Transport: Centrifuge at room temperature. Aliquot plasma immediately and freeze plasma immediately at -20 degrees. Send sample frozen. Samples must arrive in the Jeff Hwy lab by 3:00 pm for same day results. This test cannot be added on to another specimen.

CSR Storage Requirements
Centrifuge specimen at room temperature. Aliquot plasma immediately and freeze immediately at -20 degrees. Store at -20 and send frozen.
