Instructions for Collection and Transport
Please specify clean catch, voided, ileal loop, or catheterized specimen.
Specimens not delivered within 2 hours must be refrigerated. A refrigerated specimen must be <24 hours from collection to be acceptable.
Remote Locations: Transport specimen in BD urine transport tube refrigerated on freeze packs.
