Instructions for Collection and Transport
Use second swab from Rapid Strep screen if dual collection swab used.
Crush ampule to moisten swab. Internal samples should be transported to laboratory within 1 hour of collection. Remote locations: Transport culturette refrigerated on freeze packs or refrigerate if holding overnight.
