Instructions for Collection and Transport
Collect specimen by pressing adhesive side of clear tape to skin adjacent to anus. Collect specimen on clear scotch tape (not frosted or magic tape) and attach tape to slide. Place slide in an envelope and seal or put in any closed container. Transport refrigerated on freeze packs. Refrigerate if holding overnight.
