Instructions for Collection and Transport
Centrifuge specimen. Aliquot serum into plastic vial. Freeze specimen. Transport frozen on dry ice. Hemolyzed specimens and specimens collected on gel are not acceptable.
Home Health agencies: Deliver within one hour of collection on freeze packs.
