Collection Limitations
Collect amniotic fluid in a sterile container. Send 3.0 mL amniotic fluid (1.5 mL minimum) room temperature in a screw-capped plastic vial. Gestational age (13-24 weeks) must be provided for interpretation of results. Completed Warde Medical Laboratory Fetal Genetic Test Requisition required.
