This test includes Maternal AFP, HCG, Estriol and Inhibin A. Please submit a patient history form if the required information is not transmitted to Warde electronically. This information can be entered via EPIC or a completed history form must accompany specimen to the laboratory. Specimen must be taken between 15 weeks 0 days and 22 weeks 6 days gestataion.
